From The Coach’s Perspective
“I was really pleased with the performance of the team today,” said head coach Mark Stevenson. “We made a few mistakes and were a little aggressive on some of our floor routines, stepping out of bounds which cost us three-tenths of our team score. Overall though it was a well-done meet to open the season. Our only trouble spots came from our freshmen being a little nervous, but that will change as they get used to competing in this type of environment.

“Reynolds was an amazing place to come back to and compete in. It’s beautiful and the girls loved it. We had a lot of alumni attend today and they enjoyed it immensely. It was a great crowd despite the adverse weather, so am just really pleased with how everything turned out today.”
